Robert Boone has over 30 years of increasingly responsible experience and accomplishments in all aspects of human resources (inclusive of 15 years as the top executive) with some of the world’s most admired and successful corporations in a variety of industries including Financial Services, Consumer Products, Retail, Hospitality, Gaming and Entertainment. Companies to include JCPenney, Miller Brewing Company, America Express, Simon MOA Management, and The Isle of Capri Casinos. All organizations who are or have been noted to be market leaders with management, leadership, and/or human resources best practices.

Robert has gained national recognition and has been recognized by multiple professional organizations and featured in a number of books and articles for his innovative thinking in developing and implementing customer service training, leadership development, succession management, and diversity programs.

Robert received his Bachelors degree in Business from Franklin University in Columbus, Ohio and his Master’s degree in Human Resources from Central Michigan University in Mount Pleasant Michigan.
