Greg Guida

Greg Guida has approximately 25 years of regional gaming experience. In addition to his role as Co-Chief Executive Officer of Foundation Gaming, Greg served as the Chief Executive Officer of Legends Gaming and affiliated entities from May 2014 through December 2015, Bally’s-Tunica and Resorts-Tunica, and affiliated entities from November 2011 through December 2013.

Prior to founding Foundation Gaming, Greg spent 12 years with Isle of Capri Casinos, Inc. and served as the Company’s Senior Vice President of Development & Legal Affairs, and a member of the Company’s senior executive team, helping guide the strategic direction of the Company. His responsibilities included development, legal, compliance, regulation and government relations, and he also served as corporate secretary and chaired the Company’s responsible gaming committee.

During his tenure with Isle, Greg had a significant role in virtually every significant transaction and development project undertaken by the Company, including the acquisition or development of twelve casino properties in seven jurisdictions and numerous financing transactions.

Prior to joining Isle of Capri, Greg practiced law in the Jackson, MS office of Phelps Dunbar, where he worked in the firm’s Business and Gaming Sections, representing applicants and licensees in licensing and regulatory compliance matters, and representing gaming clients in a variety of transactions.

Greg’s recent work has included creditor representation; providing strategic planning guidance; evaluating or pursuing acquisition and development opportunities in several U.S. jurisdictions; and providing transactional, development and regulatory services to casino developers and operators.

He has been licensed or found suitable in Mississippi, Louisiana, Colorado, Missouri, Iowa, Florida, the United Kingdom, and the Bahamas.
